Eva "Elaine" Crowell was born April 7, 1932 on a farm near Bergen, MN. She is the daughter of Walter F. and Olga W. (Wahl) LaMaack. Elaine was Baptized on May 22, 1932 and Confirmed at Lutheran Church of Our Savior of Windom on May 25, 1947. For nearly her entire life, Elaine lived in the Windom area, where she attended Public School. She lived and worked on the family farm for many years. In her leisure time she enjoyed tending her flower garden, quilting and attending auctions in the area. For the last 18 years, Elaine has made her home in Walnut Grove, MN. Most recently, Elaine had lived at Prairie View Healthcare Center in Tracy, MN for 2 years. She died there on August 20, 2019 at the age of 87 years. She is survived by children, Karla (Raymond) Hunter of Kerrville, TX, Tom Myrvold of Wilder, MN, Becky Myrvold of Palmer, AK, and Patty(David) Myrvold of Las Vegas, NV. Blessed be her memory.
