Gail Barlow, age 67, of Windom, passed away at the Good Samaritan Society- Sogge Memorial on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Gail Linn Barlow was born on July 10, 1954, to Donald Joseph and Maxine Helen (Bayliss) Frank, in Carroll, IA. She was baptized in Carrol and confirmed at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, in Windom, MN. She attended public school in Windom and graduated with the Windom High School class of 1972. She continued her education at Minnesota West Community & Technical College and earned an associate degree in Human Services. She worked as a Mental Health Practitioner with Southwestern Mental Health for 26 years. On August 28, 1976, Gail married to William Robert Barlow, Sr., in Jackson, MN. The union was blessed with two children, Crystal and William (Billy). Gail also married Anthony Hulm. From her marriages, she gained two additional children, Marvea Barlow and Tyler Hulm. Gail was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Windom. She enjoyed watching the Eagle Brook broadcasts. Gail loved spending time with her grandkids, and enjoyed baking, crafts, art, painting, gardening, and bird watching. Left to cherish Gail's memory are her children and their families, Crystal Jensen & John Schmidt of Waconia, MN, William (Billy) Barlow, Jr. & Chelsie Barlow of Windom, MN; two step-children, Marvea Barlow of Gillette, WY, and Tyler & Amanda Hulm of Rochester, MN; grandchildren (Honorary Casket Bearers) Charlotte Jensen, Georgiana Jensen, Maggie Schmidt, Samantha Schmidt, Hayden Barlow, Abbigail Barlow, Brynn Vandel, and Lincoln, Barrett and Leighton Hulm; Gail's mother, Maxine Frank of Windom, MN; two brothers, Alan & Barb Frank of Fergus Falls, MN and Kent Frank of Windom, MN; one sister, Linda Unger of Worthington, MN; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Gail was preceded in death by her father, Donald Frank. Blessed be the memory of Gail Lynn Barlow.
