Isabelle "Belle" Ethel (Ayres) Parker was born on April 24, 1951, to the late Joseph and Lena Emma (Pfarr) Ayres, in Springfield, Minnesota. Belle worked as a nursing assistant at the Good Samaritan Society in Westbrook.

In 1991, Belle met Gerald Parker, and they were united in marriage in their home in Storden, on August 19, 2014. They enjoyed their years together as a couple. In 2014, Gerald was diagnosed with colon cancer and fought the disease courageously. Garald passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2017, at home in Storden, at the age of 77 years.

Belle was a longtime member of the Bethany Lutheran Church in Storden.

Belle enjoyed visiting and having coffee with her sisters. She liked flowers and bird watching in the backyard. After many years, Belle took up reading and spent many hours with her favorite authors.

Early on November 5th, Belle left this earth as she wanted, at home with family.

Belle is survived by her three daughters, Stacey (Mike) Groen of Little Rock, IA, Shannon Oleson of Fairmont, MN, Heidi (Jeremy) Anderson of Baltic, SD; stepchildren, Greg Parker of Belle Plaine, Tammy Huseby of Redwood Falls, Paul (Paula) Parker of Storden, Dean Parker of Westbrook and Clay Parker of Storden; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Marlys (Bill) Blanchette of Storden, Louise (Charlie) Taylor of Storden, Jean (Paul) Leopold of Heron Lake; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Jack (Linda) Parker of Brooklyn Park, Janet (Doug) Johnson of Storden, Kathy Dormeier of New Ulm, and Wanda Parker of George, IA; as well as many relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by husband, Gerald Parker; daughter, Beth Parker; parents, Joseph & Lena Ayres; brother, Richard Ayres; in-laws, Derold Parker, Darlene Parker and Charles Dormeier; and daughter-in-law, Nancy Parker.

A Celebration of Life Service for Isabelle "Belle" Parker, age 71, of Storden, will be held Friday, November 11th at 11:00 A.M. at the Bethany Lutheran Church in Storden, with Pastor Jennifer Bennet officiating. Burial will be at Bethany Lutheran Cemetery in Storden.

A time of visitation and gathering will be held on Friday from 9:00-11:00 A.M. at the church in Storden.
