A Memorial Visitation for Jasmine M. Nelson, age 27 of Medina will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the American Lutheran Church in Windom.

Jasmine M Nelson, passed away on Thursday, December 29th.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.

Jasmine M. Nelson was born on May 26, 1995, in Windom, MN to Theodore Nelson and Kari Schroeder. She was baptized at the American Lutheran Church in Windom, and confirmed at the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Willmar, MN. Jasmine graduated from Willmar Senior High School with the class of 2013. She continued her education online obtaining a two-year degree in music production. Jasmine lived in the Jackson and Windom area until 2008, when she moved to Willmar. In 2020 she moved to the Twin Cities Metro area. Jasmine was crafty and spent time crocheting, drawing, painting, and resin art. She enjoyed penguins, listening to music, and coloring her hair. Jasmine loved to spend time playing with her children.

Jasmine passed away, at the age of 27, December 29, 2022, at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, MN. She is survived by her parents, Ted (Samara Fields) Nelson of Heron Lake MN, Kari (Ben)Schroeder of Willmar, MN; step-mother, Maria (Dave) Farber of Heron Lake, MN; daughters, Sophia Nelson, and Nevaeh Nelson of Windom, MN; siblings, Alyssa (Aaryn) Nelson of Marshall, MN, Brandi (Nick) Smith of Grand Forks, ND, Kristina Nelson of Heron Lake, MN, Dylan Nelson of Mankato, MN, Braden Hawkinson of Willmar, MN; grandparents, Lynn & Kathy Nelson of Windom, Gene & Cathy Brunk of Brewster, MN.

She is preceded in death by her son, Angel Nelson; sister, Madison Nelson; uncle, Byron Nelson; and grandmother, Margie Yarns.
