A Visitation for Linda Voss, age 80 of Jackson will be held on Tuesday evening, February 3rd, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the LaCanne Family Celebration of Life Center in Jackson. A meal will be served during the visitation on Tuesday evening from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the LaCanne Family Celebration of Life Center in Jackson.

A private, family funeral service for Linda will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Sioux Valley. Burial will be in the Sioux Valley Township Cemetery.

Linda R. Voss, the daughter of John and Laura (Olson) Johnson was born on December 31, 1945, in Worthington, Minnesota. She was baptized on April 7, 1946, in Luverne, Minnesota by Pastor E. F. Brandt. Linda graduated from Sioux Valley High School in 1963 and worked at the Farmers State Bank in Lakefield, Minnesota after graduation.

Linda was united in marriage to Richard Lee Voss on September 10, 1966. They made their home in Sioux Valley. This union was blessed with three children, Stacey (Wade) Wacker, Rodrick (Tricia) Voss, and Angela (Adam) Wolff. Richard passed away on January 23, 2024. After his death, Linda continued to live in Sioux Valley until moving to Jackson in June of 2025. Linda passed away suddenly on Friday morning, January 30, 2026, en route to the Avera Heart Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at the age of 80 years.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Stacey (Wade) Wacker, grandsons, Joshua Wacker, Shadrach (Alexa) Wacker, granddaughter, Lacey (Austin) Reitz, great-grandchildren, Booker, Drake, Vanna Wacker and Declan Reitz; son, Rodrick (Tricia) Voss, grandsons, Rudy Voss, Roman Voss, granddaughter, Sadie Voss; daughter, Angela (Adam) Wolff, granddaughter, Alaina Wolff and grandson, Gabriel Wolff; sister, Nancy (Richard) Wulf; sister-in-law, Margaret (Steve) Spang and many nieces and nephews.

Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Voss; parents, John and Laura Johnson; sister, Carol Rasmussen; brother, Dwaine Johnson; sister-in-law, Bernyce Johnson; and father and mother-in-law, Lloyd "Bud" and Marie Voss.
