A Celebration of Life Service for Lindsey Rossow, Kelly Hargus, and Rick and Kathy Johnson, will be held on Sunday, April 19th, at 1:00 PM at the Jackson County Central High School Gymnasium.

A visitation for  Lindsey, Kelly, Rick, and Kathy will be held on Saturday evening, April 18th, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the LaCanne Family Celebration of Life Center in Jackson.

A private family burial will be held at a later date in Sunset Cemetery in Jackson, Minnesota.

Lindsey Kay Rossow was born June 28, 1978, to Richard and Kathleen (Vosika) Johnson in Willmar, Minnesota. She was baptized in her infancy and grew up in the Lutheran faith, later confirming her commitment to the church at Our Savior's Lutheran in Jackson. After the family moved to Jackson, Lindsey attended Jackson High School and graduated with the class of 1996. Immediately following high school, she attended Jackson Vo-Tech, where she successfully earned her degree as a medical coder.

Lindsey was united in marriage to Eric Rossow on April 1st, 2000, at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Jackson. Together, they built a life centered on family, eventually being blessed with three children: Keylee, Karlee, and Brett. Lindsey was a mother who poured her heart into her home, making "Sunday-Funday" a cherished tradition. She was the anchor of their Sunday family dinners, always ensuring her home was filled with warmth, her beloved pets, and her signature, infectious laugh.

Lindsey found great fulfillment in her professional life and her service to the Lakefield community. As the kitchen manager for Dudley's Garage and the Hilo Club, she didn't just manage a workspace; she cultivated a "work family" that she valued deeply. Her spirit of giving extended to her volunteer work as the secretary for the Lakefield Food Shelf, where she enjoyed the special bond of working alongside her mother-in-law, Connie. Known for her hardworking nature and generous soul, Lindsey found joy in the simple things—whether she was exploring new restaurants, playing pull tabs, or simply enjoying the company of those she held most dear.

On March 20, 2026, Lindsey was received into the loving hands of her Savior, Jesus Christ. Surrounded by family, Lindsey entered eternal rest, along with her parents Richard and Kathleen Johnson, and her sister, Kelly Hargus as a result of a motor vehicle accident. In this profound loss, we hold close the comfort that they are now together, held in God's eternal care.

Lindsey is survived by her husband, Eric Rossow of Lakefield; her children, Keylee (Mitchell Macek), Karlee, and Brett (Andria Benson); sisters, Kristin (Nate) Hanson of Jackson, and Kassie (Jeremy) Ambrose; parents-in-law, Dennis and Connie Rossow; in-laws, Aaron (Ann) Rossow, Melissa (John) Bady, and Paul Hargus; many nieces and nephews; dog's, Stormi and Lola, and her cat, Yeti.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Eric Johnson; grandparents, Warren and Leone Johnson; and Ben and Mary Vosika.
