Mary Ann Holck was born April 29, 1936 to William and Mabel (Sykora) Holck in Rose Hill Township in Cottonwood County, Minnesota. She attended Jeffers Public Schools and graduated from Jeffers High School in 1954. She continued her education at Mankato Commercial School. Mary Ann worked for many years at the Andrews Hotel in Minneapolis before returning to the local area. She then lived in Heron Lake until becoming a resident of Good Samaritan Society Mikkelsen Manor in 2011 in Windom and later the Good Samaritan Society Sogge Memorial. She enjoyed baking, knitting, crocheting, doing puzzles, reading her Bible, corresponding with friends, among other things. She unexpectedly passed away on January 26th, 2021 and entered her eternal home with her Lord and Savior. She is survived by many cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and other relatives.
