Matheus "Matt" Bernard DaSilva Jr. was born on September 11, 1952 to Matheus and Jean DaSilva in Taunton, Massachusetts. He served in the United States Air Force. Matt made a career of helping others. He moved to Windom, Minnesota in 2013 where he lived until passing away on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at the Windom Area Hospital at the age of 64. Matt loved music, his cats and other animals. His Christian faith was very important to him. Matt's family wishes to thank everyone in Windom who loved and supported him. He is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Kathryn (Gary) Crask, John (Laura) Bruner, Carolyn (Lauren) Bruner Hemrick, Beth (Brian) Bruner Shorten and Mark (Tommie Kay) Bruner and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Julie Bruner DaSilva. Blessed be the memory of Matheus "Matt" B. DaSilva.
