A Celebration of Life service to honor the life and legacy of Pam Johnson, age 74, of Fairmont, formerly of Windom, will be held at The American Lutheran Church of Windom on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM, with a time of visitation and gathering from 1:00-2:00 PM. Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Windom.

Pamela Rae (Peterson) Johnson was born on January 28, 1951, to Arvil and Clarice (Miller) Peterson in Marshall, Minnesota. She attended Windom High School and was a longtime member of The American Lutheran Church in Windom.

On November 6, 1982, Pam married Jan Johnson. She was a loving and caring person who was always ready to help others. Pam loved holidays and cherished time spent with her family and friends. She was self-employed, and she worked at AGCO. Pam enjoyed interior decorating, and her passion was reflected in the beauty and warmth of her home.

On October 11, 2025, Pam passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer.

Those who will forever hold her in their hearts include her spouse, Jan Johnson of Windom; siblings, Sharon Moody of Odin, Arvil Peterson Jr. of Windom, Connie Luebben of Windom and Vickie Wiens of Windom; sister-in-law, Sharon Peterson; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Pam was preceded in death by her son, Travis Nelson; parents, Arvil and Clarice Peterson; brothers, Wayne Peterson and Mark Peterson; and brother-in-law, Charles Moody.
