A graveside service to honor the life and legacy of Roger McWilliams age 78, of Windom, will be held at the St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery in Tony, Wisconsin at a later date.

Roger McWilliams passed away peacefully on February 18th, at the Good Samaritan Society-Sogge Memorial in Windom.

Roger Joseph McWilliams was born on April 13, 1946, to Roy and Mildred (Cardinal) McWilliams in Winona, Minnesota. He received his education from Jordan High School. After his education, Roger enlisted in the United States Marine Corp and the Army National Guard where he was honorably discharged with over 20 years of service. He was united into marriage to Kathryn GrandPre and this union blessed them with a daughter, Kimberly.

Throughout his life, Roger worked as a Truck Driver. He lived in Minnesota most of his life making Windom his home. He was a member of Karz n Trux and he enjoyed fishing and working on classic cars.

Roger is survived by his wife, Kathryn McWilliams of Windom; daughter, Kimberly McWilliams (Kerry Johnson) of New Virginia, IA; brothers, Randy McWilliams of Prior Lake and Rochy McWilliams of Jordan and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Mildred McWilliams.
