Ronnie Bak, age 78, of Windom passed away at Sanford Medical Center on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. Ronnie was born October 13th, 1943, in Lake Park, Iowa to Borge and Idell Bak. He attended country and public schools. Ronnie drove semi-trucks for many years. He worked at Praxair until his retirement. After retirement Ronnie enjoyed watching sprint car races and watching his grandchildren play sports. He was married to Janet Petersen on May 1st, 1962. To this union five children were born. Vicki and Brian Higgins from Clear Lake, Iowa. Ricky and Barb Bak of St. James. Tamara and Warren Meinders of Worthington. Lisa and Ted Phillips of North Branch. Laurie and Brian Burmeister of Truman and numerous grandkids and great grandkids. He is preceded in death by his wife, Janet, parents, Borge and Idell, two brothers, two sisters and grandson, Nathan Higgins. Visitation for Ronald Bak, age 78 of Windom, will take place on Monday, January 17, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the LaCanne Family Funeral Home in Windom.
