Roxanne "Roxie" Leone Jorinscay, age 66, of Windom passed away Monday, October 17, 2022, at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Born September 6, 1956, to the late Warren and June (Eckerson) Miller in Sibley, Iowa. Roxanne was baptized in December 1968 in Ellsworth, Minnesota. She attended elementary school in Ellsworth and then went on to Adrian High School in Adrian, Minnesota.

On June 24, 1997, Roxanne was joined in marriage to John Jorinscay. The couple shared 25 years of marriage and were blessed with four children, Miranda, Josh, John Jr., and Kathleen. Besides being a mom, Roxanne worked as a baker at Daylight Donuts in Leesville, LA, a cook at Ft. Polk Dining Facility in Ft. Polk, LA, a pharmacy tech at Lewis Drug in Windom, MN, and she worked the fuel desk at Vets Whoa & Go in Windom. She was active in the community as a Cub Scout Den Leader and a Girl Scout Troop Leader. Roxanne enjoyed many hobbies. In her free time, she could be found sewing, working on ceramics, gardening, origami, and Tae Kwan Do, and she was an avid pet lover.

Roxanne is survived by her husband, John Jorinscay of Windom, MN; four children, Miranda (Gordon) Baumgard of Windom, MN, Josh (Angela) Easterday of Brewster, MN, John Jorinscay Jr. of Cleveland, OH, and Kathleen Jorinscay of Pittsburgh, PA; eight grandchildren, Amy, Jenna, Nathan, Denesha, Sage, Jesse, Legend, and Leti; two great-grandchildren, Kendrick and Raiden; two siblings, Dixie (Gene) Kruger of Sheldon, IA and Terry (Darlene) Miller of Adrian, MN; as well as many relatives and friends.

Roxanne was preceded in death by her parents, Warren and June Miller, and her brother, Tony Miller.

A Celebration of Life Service for Roxanne Jorinscay, age 66, of Windom, will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 29th at the LaCanne Family Celebration of Life Center in Windom, with Terry Miller officiating.

A time of visitation and gathering will be held Saturday from 1:00-2:00 PM at the LaCanne Family Celebration of Life Center in Windom.
