Stephanie Suzanne (Huberty) Gregor, age 36, of Spencer, Iowa, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Avera McKennan in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, after a courageous lifelong battle with Cystinosis.

A Celebration of Stephanie's Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at First Lutheran Church (1525 Three Cross Road, Milford, IA 51351) with Pastor Brian Jack officiating. A public visitation will be held from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM prior to the service at the church.

Stephanie was born on October 11, 1986, to Robert Huberty and Cynthia "Cindi" (Weber) Loring, in Landstuhl, Germany while her father was stationed at North Point Military Base. Stephanie graduated from Emmetsburg High School, and later attained degrees to work as a cosmetologist and pharmacy technician.

Stephanie was a bright light and one of the strongest women people would ever know. Stephanie loved to bake. During Christmas time you would find her making all sorts of goodies. She also loved her inappropriate coloring books, the smile you would see on her face when she got done and showed you the latest swear word she colored was unforgettable. Stephanie was generous, she loved to shop for gifts for friends and family. Baby clothes were her favorite to pick out. Stephanie loved to curl up on the couch under a heated blanket and watch her murder mystery shows, her lists on streaming services were full of them. No matter what she never let her having cystinosis get her down. One of the best habits she had was the inability to hide her facial expressions.

Stephanie will forever be remembered by her loving husband, Paul Gregor III; children, Aiden and Lyla; father, Robert Huberty; siblings, Erin (Ryan) Biller, Schuyler (Tiffany) Webb, Alex (Jessica) Webb, Kyle (Amy) Loring, Samantha (Greg) Spaethe, and Brandi (Kameron) Jager; grandfather, Virgil Huberty; grandfather Edward Weber; mother-in-law, Pam Gregor; father-in-law, Paul Gregor Jr.; Paul's grandparents, Vernon and Connie Lein; sister-in-law, Stephanie (Anthony) Christoffels; brothers-in-law, Corey (Lauren) Gregor and Christopher (Sarah) Gregor; "Grandpa" Steve McCormick; aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her mother, Cynthia "Cindi" (Stephen) Loring; and grandparents, Virginia Huberty and Suzanne Rothmeyer.
