Whether you prefer a traditional service with visitation and viewing, a personalized celebration of life, or a simpler gathering, cremation can be thoughtfully incorporated into a variety of meaningful options.


Many families are surprised to learn that cremation can include a public visitation and viewing of the body before the cremation takes place, followed by a funeral or celebration of life service. Others may choose a memorial service after cremation, with or without burial or placement of the urn, while some prefer a simple direct cremation without formal services.


No matter which option you choose, taking time to come together with family and friends provides an opportunity to share stories, find comfort, and support one another through grief. Option 1: Public visitation and ceremonial service with the body present, followed by cremation and burial or release.

This option is for those who wish to have the body present for services and then cremated for burial or release. It includes a visitation with a viewing of the embalmed body in a casket, along with a ceremonial service in which the embalmed body is present. Shortly after the ceremonialservice, the body is cremated and prepared for burial or released to the next of kin.

Option 2: Private visitation with viewing of the body, followed by cremation in preparation for a memorial service and burial or release.

This option is for those who wish to see the decedent for a final time before the body is cremated. This option includes a private visitation with the body present for viewing/reviewal but not embalmed. After the viewing/reviewal, the body is then taken for cremation. Once cremated, a memorial service is held at the Celebration of Life Center, church or another location, and then the cremated remains are taken for burial or released to the next of kin.

Option 3: Cremation with a visitation, memorial service and burial or release.

This option includes the cremation of the body, followed by a visitation, a memorial service at the Celebration of Life Center, church or another location with the urn of cremated remains present, followed by burial of the cremated remains or release to the next of kin.
